Abs and lower body workout with resistance bands is complete. Now on to my 5 mile interval training run tomorrow.
I am enjoying working out and running now, more than I was while in the Navy.

My 5.24 mile interval training run (09-09-2024) I am very well pleased with this run. My time on this run, may be new PR for me with intervals. I will check that out and see.
