Me and Ivan before our run this morning, and the results of my 3 mile interval training run. Ivan ran 3 miles also. He finished way before I did. That is ok, though.

Well, tomorrow, I am scheduled for a slow paced 7 mile run. With the swelling on my cheek and the abscessed tooth, I am not sure if I can do it, but I am sure going to give it a try. Please pray for me. Thank you all so much.

I decided that I am not going to run this morning. The swelling this morning, is worse than what it was yesterday. I hate this. I am 1 week away from completing my training for a half marathon, and now I get this.
