They didn't approve the Pfizer jab, which is still considered to be under the EUA... they approved the German BioNTech jab, Comrinity, which is slightly different in makeup from the Pfizer version and is not yet available. The Pfizer jab never received approval!!!

If the vaccine isn't mandated for any of the branches of government (White House, Congress, Supreme Court), and it isn't being mandated for the staff of the FDA, NIH, CDC, any of the pharmaceutical companies, etc... then why is it being mandated for the general population? If they want us to take it, they need to mandate it for their staff and employees first. Set the example. Then again, would we really trust that they all actually received the vaccine and not some saline solution substitute?
